How to delete your data

Inktaro only keeps what it needs to publish your videos. You can delete your data at any time, in a few clicks or by writing to us.

Disconnect a platform

In Inktaro, open your connected accounts and choose Disconnect next to the account. We revoke our access with the platform and delete the data we obtained from it (within 7 days for YouTube).

You can also remove Inktaro directly from the platform. For YouTube and Google, go to your Google account permissions. For TikTok, Facebook and Instagram, remove Inktaro from the apps and websites connected to your account in the app's settings.

Delete videos and posts

Delete them from your content in Inktaro. This removes them from Inktaro, not from the platforms where they are already published.

Close your account

You can close your account from your settings. Your data is deleted within 30 days, except invoices, which French law requires us to keep for 10 years.

Ask us directly

Write to contact@inktaro.com from the email address of your account, with the subject "Delete my data". We delete your data within 7 days and confirm by email.

What deletion does not cover

Deleting data in Inktaro never deletes videos already published on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram or Facebook. To remove them, delete them on the platform.
