Terms of sale

1. Scope

These terms of sale apply to paid Inktaro subscriptions (Creator and Pro plans), in addition to our terms of use. They apply to consumers and to professionals. The seller is Maxime Folio, sole trader (entrepreneur individuel, EI, micro-entrepreneur), under the trade name Makessyme, whose details are in the legal notice.

2. Plans and prices

Plans, their limits and their prices are shown on the pricing page at the time of your order. Every plan includes the same features; only the volumes change. Prices are shown in euros on the French version of the site and in US dollars on the English version. You are charged in the currency shown at checkout.

VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. The price shown is the price you pay.

3. Order and payment

You subscribe from your Inktaro account. Payment is processed by our payment provider Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or yearly depending on your choice, and renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. An invoice is available for every payment.

4. Usage limits

Each plan includes one user, a number of connected accounts and an amount of storage. On paid plans, Inktaro does not limit the number of videos; each platform's own publishing limits still apply. The Free plan includes a number of videos per month: a video counts once at least one of its platforms confirms it is published, one video published to several platforms counts as one, and posts that fail on every platform, and retries, do not count. Unused videos do not carry over to the next month. When you reach a limit, you can wait for the next period or change plans.

5. Changing plans

You can change plans at any time from your account. The price and billing terms of the new plan are shown before you confirm the change.

6. Founding 100

The first 100 paying subscribers get Founding 100 status. The counter shown on the site is based on actual subscriptions. Once the 100 places are taken, new subscriptions are charged at the public price shown on the pricing page.

Founding 100 members keep the launch price of their plan for as long as their subscription stays active without interruption. If they cancel and come back later, the public price applies. If they change plans, the launch price of the new plan applies.

7. Price changes

Current prices are launch prices and may increase. We will tell existing subscribers by email at least 30 days before any price change applies to them. If you do not accept the new price, you can cancel before it takes effect. Price changes do not apply to Founding 100 members as long as the conditions in section 6 are met.

8. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access to your plan until then. Periods already started are not refunded, except where the law requires it. Your account then switches to the Free plan, and its rules apply to your stored videos.

9. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

If you are a consumer, you have 14 days from your subscription to withdraw, without giving a reason, by writing to contact@inktaro.com. If you asked for the service to start during this period, you will be refunded minus an amount proportional to the service provided until your withdrawal. Refunds are made within 14 days, using the same payment method.

10. Consumer mediation

If you are a consumer and we cannot resolve a dispute together, you can refer it free of charge to a consumer mediator. The name and contact details of our mediator will be given here before paid plans open. You must first have contacted us in writing.

11. Law and disputes

These terms of sale are governed by French law. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence and may go to the competent court under applicable law. These terms exist in French and English; the French version prevails.
