You drop your video, Inktaro checks it works everywhere, you set up each platform, you schedule, then you follow the real status of every post.

01Drop

Your video, once.

Drag your vertical video into Inktaro. You send it once, however many platforms you post to.

  • Inktaro reads the format, length, frame rate, codecs and file size.
  • Pick the destination accounts, across every platform.
  • On Free, the video is deleted once published. On Creator and Pro, it stays in your storage.

02Check

We check. We never cut.

Before you schedule, Inktaro checks your video against each platform’s rules. If it won’t go through somewhere, you know right away.

  • One verdict per platform, with the reason in plain words.
  • We don’t cut or crop anything for you.
  • Shorten the video, or untick that platform for this post. The others don’t change.

03Set up

One post, settings per platform.

Write once, adjust where needed. Each platform keeps its own options, the ones it actually asks for.

  • AI content, paid partnership, promoting your business: tick once for every platform.
  • You choose the visibility. Nothing is ticked for you.
  • An unavailable option is greyed out and explained, never ignored. We never add a word to your text.

04Schedule

Pick the time. Inktaro posts.

Schedule your post for the date and time you want, in your own time zone, or post right away.

  • One time for every platform in the post.
  • Each platform shows its own status, from scheduled to published.
  • A calendar view comes next: it’s on the roadmap.

05Follow

The real status, platform by platform.

Every status comes from the platform itself. “Published” only shows once it confirms.

  • One failure doesn’t block the rest: retry only what failed, with a clear message.
  • Automatic retries are included on every plan. If we can’t tell whether a post went out, we ask you first.
  • Analytics per platform, as separate lines, never added up. Snapchat stays “Finish in Snapchat”.
