Small teams

Keep brands, clients and channels apart, and see who scheduled what.

The situation

Two or three people handle videos for a few brands or clients. Files arrive from everywhere, captions get written in chat threads, and nobody is quite sure what was posted where.

How Inktaro fits

  • A workspace per brand or client, with its own accounts, videos and posts. A post can only go to accounts from its own workspace.
  • A clear status per platform, so anyone can see what went live, what's scheduled and what needs attention.
  • Disclosures set once: paid partnership, promoting your own business, made for kids. Inktaro maps them to each platform's settings, and you can adjust them per platform.
  • A record of who did what: every post and every publishing attempt keeps track of who created it.

Teammates

During early access, an Inktaro organization has a single user. Inviting teammates with roles (Owner, Admin, Editor) comes after early access: it's on the roadmap.

Where things stand

Inktaro is in early access. Its TikTok, YouTube, Instagram and Facebook integrations are being built, then each platform has to approve them. Until then, some options stay limited. The platforms page shows the current status of each one.

Less posting. More creating.
