The first 100 paying subscribers, on Creator or Pro, keep the launch price for as long as their subscription stays active. After them, public prices apply.

What counts as a connected account?
Each account or page you link to Inktaro, across all platforms, Snapchat profile included. Split them across platforms however you like.
What counts as a video on Free?
Only a video that actually got published counts. The counter resets every month, on the anniversary date of your sign-up.
Is there a free trial?
No: the Free plan plays that role. It has no time limit and needs no credit card.
Why does Free have no storage?
On Free, the video is used to publish, then deleted. To keep your videos in Inktaro, you need Creator (10 GB) or Pro (50 GB).
What happens if I move to a smaller plan?
If your hosted videos exceed the new plan’s storage, the oldest unpinned ones are deleted after 24 hours.
Do automatic retries cost extra?
No. They’re included in every plan, Free too.
Can I add teammates?
Not yet: every plan includes 1 user for now.
Why is there no VAT?
Inktaro is run by a French micro-business exempt from VAT: VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French Tax Code. The price shown is the price you pay.
